Bringing real and authentic sushi to the US

Two brothers from Tokyo, Japan, had a goal to bring real, authentic sushi to their favorite city in the U.S. They set out to share their food and culture to a new population. Starting their business from scratch in 2000, they now have 8 locations and allow people to enjoy Japanese food daily. They wanted to allow Japanese food that can be enjoyed by everyone with different preferences, ranging from the traditional sashimi to rolls with a twist of Miami.
